Client Context
An early-stage SaaS company with a validated product concept and a committed founding team, but no internal engineering capacity. The founders needed a full-stack technology partner to take their platform from concept to a production-ready product — including the AI layer — on a timeline that matched their go-to-market commitments.
The Problem
The founders had a clear view of what the product needed to do: automate B2B prospecting research and outreach using AI, with a multi-tenant architecture, a modern front-end, and enough reliability to put in front of paying customers. What they lacked was the ability to build it. Engaging a large agency risked budget overrun and a product that did not reflect their vision. Hiring a team from scratch would take too long. They needed a small, senior team that could move fast and hand off cleanly.
What We Built
We designed and built the full platform from scratch: system architecture, core AI capabilities including prospect research and outreach personalization, workflow automation across the prospect journey, a responsive front-end application, API design, and deployment infrastructure. The engagement included full documentation and a structured handoff process so the founding team could confidently manage and evolve the platform after delivery.
Technical Approach
- Full-stack architecture design: front end, API layer, AI pipeline, and data infrastructure
- AI-powered prospect research engine with multi-source data aggregation
- Personalized outreach generation using RAG against prospect and company context
- Multi-tenant architecture with role-based access controls from day one
- Workflow automation across the prospect qualification and outreach sequence
- Production deployment with monitoring, documentation, and handoff support
Timeline
Discovery and architecture design: 2 weeks. Full platform build: 14 weeks. Total: 16 weeks to production.
The Outcome
The platform launched on schedule and immediately entered active use with the founding team's first customers. Performance benchmarks ran at 3x the speed of the initial prototype the founders had built to test the concept. The codebase and documentation were structured for handoff, allowing the founding team's first engineering hire to onboard in days rather than weeks.
We came to TTG with a product concept and no internal engineering team. They built the entire platform — architecture, AI layer, front end, documentation — and delivered it ready for customers. The speed and quality both exceeded what we expected from an external team.
